Refunds

Pick ups

If you decide to cancel your order after the items have already been baked there will be no refund issued. All sales are final after an appointment date and time has been set for in store pick up.

Shipments

We pack our items with care to ensure that they arrive to the customer in good condition. If for some reason an item does not arrive in the condition we intended, we will only provide a partial refund for the product ordered.
